Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Aigawan Visits website or purchase an independent Qasr Al Watan visit-planning service. By confirming and paying for a package, you accept these terms.

Independent planning service

Aigawan Visits prepares digital guidance from visitor-supplied details and publicly available information. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Qasr Al Watan, its operator, or its ticketing providers. We do not sell or issue admission tickets or make venue reservations.

Packages and fees

The Essential Visit Guide costs $29 for one traveler or a couple and is delivered within 2 business days. The Personalized Half-Day Plan costs $59 for up to 4 visitors, and the Family & Accessibility Plan costs $79 for up to 6 visitors; each is delivered within 3 business days. A Plan Update for one schedule, party-size, or accessibility change costs $19.

Stated timeframes begin after all required details and payment are confirmed. The request form itself does not collect payment or create a venue booking.

Digital delivery and revisions

Plans are delivered to the email address you provide. You are responsible for supplying a working address and checking the plan promptly. Revisions are limited to what is included in the confirmed package; a later change may require the $19 Plan Update or a new package.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us promptly. Because work may begin after payment confirmation and the product is prepared from your information, any available cancellation or refund will depend on how much of the planning work has already been completed. We will explain the applicable status before resolving the request.

Your information

You are responsible for providing accurate dates, group size, timing, interests, ticket status, mobility needs, and other relevant details. A plan may be less useful if information is incomplete or changes after preparation.

Tickets, transport, and third-party services

Package fees do not include admission, guided tours, transport, parking upgrades, stroller rental, food, or other third-party purchases. Any purchase from a venue, ticket provider, transport operator, or other third party is governed by that provider’s terms and is your responsibility.

Changing hours, rules, and access

Venue hours, exhibitions, events, entry rules, security procedures, facilities, accessibility arrangements, shuttle operation, and ticket availability can change. You must verify current official information close to the visit date. Aigawan Visits cannot guarantee opening hours, admission, event operation, facility availability, or eligibility for any access arrangement or complimentary admission.

Permitted use

Your plan is for personal use by the named group. You may share it within that group, but may not resell, republish, copy for commercial use, or present it as official venue material. Website and plan content remains owned by Aigawan Visits or its applicable licensors.

Disclaimers and liability

Plans are informational guidance based on details available when prepared. They are not a promise of entry, availability, or a specific visitor experience. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aigawan Visits is not responsible for third-party changes, closures, delays, purchases, travel disruption, or losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete visitor-supplied information. Nothing here excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
